ii. Can I change my allocated land and its locations after selecting one? And how?
iii. Yes, you can write us a letter requesting the change you want us to effect. The extra amount to be paid is dependent on the new location. Boltog’s representative will guide you throughout the process. Your request shall not be unreasonably denied,

(B) PAYMENTS FAQs
(i) How do I make payments?
We accept payments made via :
- Cheques
- Banks Drafts
- Banks Transfers

(ii) What happens after I have made payments?
Send proof of payment via our email and contact us for confirmation of your payment.
(iii) How long before my payment is confirmed?
Within 24 – 48 hours upon receiving proof of payment.
(iv) Why do I need my payment confirmed?
A proof of payment makes it easy for us to track your payment status and update your records.
(C) ALLOCATION FAQ’s
(i) What document do I get when I am being allocated my plot (s)?
A letter of Allocation, Deed of Assignment, Estate Covenants, Survey Plan (to be paid by buyer) and any other relevant document pertaining to the Estate.
(ii) When am I due for allocation?
Our customers are usually allocated based on the payment plan they choose and after payments are made. Immediate allocation will be available for outright payment only.
